One platform to book, schedule and manage your ski and snowboard school
SkiNext combines online bookings, scheduling, strip cards, payments and customer communication in one system, with a modern web app and a native mobile app for your customers.
Compare more than the monthly price
You do not choose a booking platform based on the monthly price alone. Also compare transaction fees, extensibility, support, available apps and the daily workflow for customers and employees.
Considering SkiBook or SkiPlanner? Include SkiNext in your comparison too. The best platform depends on the features, support and setup your organization needs.

Review from Sally · Brouwersdam
We use SkiNext as our booking system for ski and snowboard lessons on the indoor slope and are very satisfied. The system is clear, user-friendly and well structured, both for our team and for our customers. What we particularly appreciated is that, during the setup of the system, the team really thinks along with you about the best way to implement your specific situation. Because we work with just one indoor slope, it was important that the planning and organization matched the way we work. SkiNext provided us with excellent support in this. The customer service also deserves a great compliment. Communication is always fast, friendly and solution-oriented. Questions are taken seriously, and you can tell that the team genuinely thinks along with you. We also consider it a major advantage that SkiNext offers different packages and options that you can configure yourself. This allows you to fully adapt the system to your own wishes and needs, without being tied to features you do not use. In short: a professional, flexible and pleasant system that we would certainly recommend to ski and snowboard schools or other sports venues looking for a reliable booking system.

Built for the daily reality of running a ski school
SkiNext supports your reception, instructors and administration in every operating model. Use Selfbook for self-service booking, or leave it out when your team intentionally manages bookings itself.
Online self-booking
Customers book Flex, Course or Private lessons themselves, with automatic level and age checks so everyone ends up in the right lesson.
Scheduling & agenda
A clear calendar for instructors and reception, with group planning, rebooking and real-time capacity checks.
Strip cards & payments
Flexible strip cards and credits, invoicing, partial payments, discount codes and integrated online payments.
Rental cards & wallet
Add rental cards directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — practical for rental operations, check-in and fast counter service.

Works without Selfbook
About 40% of our clients do not use self-booking. SkiNext still adds value through reception bookings, scheduling, invoicing, lesson administration and communication.
Lower transaction fees
SkiNext Payment Provider charges €0.19 per transaction instead of Mollie's €0.32. At 3,500 payments, that is an indicative €335 net annual benefit after the fixed fee.
From booking to lesson in three steps
The same planning engine supports reception staff and customers who book for themselves. Enable the optional payment step only when your settings require it.
Manage bookings from one screen
For ski schools that keep control of every request and booking.
Self-book when your ski school wants it
Selfbook is optional: use this flow only when customers are allowed to choose their own lessons.
Customers filter by discipline, lesson type, age and level
No unnecessary searching: Selfbook instantly shows the offering that's relevant to your customer, with live pricing and availability.
Plan Flex lessons
Available lessons for Ski · Flex · Jasper and 1 participant
Flex 10 · paid and applied€0.00
Flex 10 · unpaid€120.00

Flexible flow settings: the ski school can use the normal flow, where lessons come before stripcard selection, or the reverse flow, where a stripcard is selected first and available lessons are loaded afterwards. Payment and confirmation follow the configured paywall and booking rules.
The actual flow: choose a booking flow, select discipline and lesson type, choose users/participants, refine dates, weekdays and time slots, select available lessons, then complete the booking. Existing or new strip cards and any payment step follow the ski school's settings.
A dedicated app for your customers, on iOS and Android
Alongside the web portal, SkiNext offers a full native mobile app for iOS and Android. Customers can book, view rental cards, chat with the ski school and receive push notifications. The same experience scales to tablet and iPad for use at reception or on the move.
- Book and rebook from your phone
- Rental cards in Apple & Google Wallet
- Sign in with Apple or Google
