Delete your SkiNext account

Public information page about account deletion

You can start account deletion from the app or web portal via Profile > Privacy and account.

What is removed

Your account access, profile data, preferences, and active app sessions are removed as soon as the request can be processed immediately.

What may be retained for legal or administrative reasons

Invoices, payment data, and parts of lesson administration may need to be retained by law or anonymized later.

How it works

  1. Open Profile > Privacy and account.
  2. Read what will be deleted and what must legally remain.
  3. Confirm the request again with your password and the word DELETE.
  4. After processing, active sessions and tokens are revoked.

Important areas

Bookings and lesson history: Open or historical bookings and lesson history can block immediate full deletion. In that case we keep your request and follow up manually.

Messages: Messages in requests and chats can remain visible in existing conversation history for operational follow-up.

Linked students: Linked students or account links can block immediate deletion until that relationship has been resolved.

Invoices, payment data, and parts of lesson administration may need to be retained by law.
