SkiNext at hand for customers, instructors and reception

The SkiNext app is included free with the platform and is designed as a mobile channel alongside the web portal. The Flutter app supports multiple roles and brings lessons, bookings, communication, notifications and Wallet cards together in one place. It is built for daily use on the move: customers view their lessons, instructors open their schedule and reception follows requests and conversations.

The exact visible functions depend on the user role, enabled modules and school permissions. A customer therefore sees different actions than an instructor or receptionist. The app communicates with the same SkiNext environment as the web portal, keeping changes to lessons, requests and conversations centralized.

Work in calendar and planner views with slope, participant and lesson information. Drag customers in the agenda to move them, and book directly from the participant agendas. The agenda warns about conflicts and supports changing slopes.

Sell gift vouchers with a custom amount in the product shop. Reception can create codes for both gift vouchers and discount codes. Discounts can be a percentage or fixed amount, with an optional minimum spend and/or maximum number of uses. After successful payment, the code is created and emailed to the customer.

Use postcode validation and address lookup during registration. The app normalizes Dutch postcodes and can include postcode quality in analysis.

With Selfbook, customers book their own lessons through three flows: Flex (single lessons), Course (multi-week series) and Private (1-on-1 or group). The system automatically guards level, age group, capacity and double bookings — exactly like in the real customer portal.

Customers and reception can rebook a lesson to a different time in one click, keeping the same level and group logic. The Last-minute module also surfaces open spots with their own pricing and credit rules per lesson type — perfect for filling empty slots.

A clear agenda for instructors and reception

One central calendar shows all lessons, groups and pistes. Reception can process bookings, rebookings and price adjustments instantly, while instructors see their own day planning and groups at a glance.

Private lessons and piste rental with capacity checks

For private lessons, the customer picks Solo or Multi, and the system automatically checks whether the group fits on one piste half. If the group is too large, a clear prompt appears offering a double piste — including the matching rate.

Flexible products and fully integrated payments

Sell strip cards, credits and lesson products with their own rules for validity, lesson type and piste. Payments run through invoices, partial payments, discount codes, card terminals and online payment providers — automatically linked to every booking.
